In the unlikely event that your item is damaged /defective, please contact us immediately before leaving any feedback. We will try our very best to resolve the issue for you. We will either offer you a replacement or a refund. To assist us with the claim we humbly request photo of the damaged item.
If an item is returned to us for a refund, the item needs to be in its new original condition and packaging, unopened and unused.
Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to post the item back to us and pay for the return postage.
We do not refund if you have bought a wrong product or just changed your mind so, please choose carefully.

Sometimes to meet the demand and supply issues mask parts are repacked from brand new original complete masks in a hygienic environment to provide the best price for our customers. In such cases the parts may not be supplied in manufacture packaging although they are genuine products. In some masks there are extra different sizes of parts which all can not be used by the customers hence it also reduces the waste.
We do NOT sell fashion accessories or toys so please do not buy just looking at the picture, please read the description provided. Also, we expect that our customers have recommendation from their sleep clinic for specific product they are looking to buy. We may ask you to send your sleep clinic prescription to resolve the dispute.
We use Australia Post for delivery of your parcel as a disclaimer we cannot offer guarantees of delivery time frame and do not take responsibility for delays in delivery. Australia Post advises delays are rare and this should seldom occur bearing in mind in peak periods you may be susceptible. Picture of the package may be not be same as the package you get although be assured that the content of the pack is genuine product.
