Shipping policy

  • We Provide free standard shipping to anywhere in Australia. Express shipping is only $4.50 extra.
  • Once the funds are cleared at our end your item/s will be dispatched via Australia Post within 24-48 hours.  The tracking number will be added to your Order so you can track the progress of your delivery online. For Regular Parcel delivery, estimated delivery time is 3 - 8 working days within Australia.
  • All orders are posted with delivery option "signature on delivery" which means if no one is home at the time of delivery a card will be left to collect the item from the nearest post office. If you do not want this delivery option please leave a note with your order that you "authorise to leave" your order at a safe place.
  • Express Post is also available, simply select this in the drop-down postage options before making payment and for small additional fee your order will be delivered within 1 / 2 business days (within Australian Express Post Network). Please note that delivery to regional area and delivery outside the Express Post Network may take longer depending on the area.
  • We will post the item/s to your address provided. Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Please let us know if you wish to post it to a different address with your order so that it is processed correctly.
  • We take extra care to package your item/s so that it arrives in a good condition. In the unlikely event that your item/s is damaged during the delivery process, please email us as soon as possible once you have received the item/s. We would be more than happy to assist you to resolve your concern. We strive to provide good quality items and services to our customers and we want to ensure you are happy.
  • In an unlikely event that your item/s is returned to us (return to sender) due to incorrect address provided or if your items was not collected from your nearest post office in a given time-frame, a new set of postage will need to be paid prior to the item/s been re-dispatch.
