Refund policy

  • We provide 30-day return to base warranty from the date of purchase to either replace the product or provide you with full refund if there is any manufacturing defect in the product. Note: Trailing a new mask without your sleep clinic recommendation is not a manufacturer defect.
  • We sell quality products from sleep manufacturers who follow a rigorous quality check before product is available for sale. we recommend to get it tested and recommended by the sleep clinic because they have appropriate cost structure built into those masks to allow rejection. We sell it cheap because we can’t provide the returns as sleep clinics can do. The used mask is of no value to me or anyone as it can’t be resold to another person due to health and hygiene reasons.
  • We do NOT provide refund or exchange for items taken out of the package.
  • Also please note that the mask and /or machine parts are not substitutable with another make and /or model of mask and machine. It is no different than buying a car part as you are well aware that Toyota parts will not fit in your Ford.  So please choose very carefully when buying a spare part for your CPAP mask and / or machines to avoid disappointment and if not sure please ask we are very happy to help.
